ALL BORROWERS

Completed and signed LOAN APPLICATION and DISCLOSURES. Copy of DRIVERS LICENSE(s) Last 2-year RESIDENCE history. If applicable, landlord's name, address and daytime phone number. Last 2-year EMPLOYMENT history including Human Resources phone number and address. Copies of most recent INCOME STATEMENTS for wages earned within the last 30 days. I.e., Paycheck stubs, Retirement statements, Social Security award letter. Copies of W-2's for the past 2 years. Copies of last 2 months (or quarterly) BANK STATEMENTS for all accounts (i.e., checking, savings, IRA, Money Market, etc). Include ALL PAGES. Current DEBTS: Companies, account numbers balances and minimum payments. Include mortgages on properties owned within the past 2 years Copy of Sales CONTRACT. Homeowners Insurance agent's name and phone number for your new property.

SELF-EMPLOYED BORROWERS

Last 2 years personal TAX RETURNS, complete with 1099's, all schedules, and K1's. Please sign tax returns with original signatures and today's date. Year-to-date PROFIT & LOSS Statement Two most recent years of PARTNERSHIP RETURNS. Two most recent years of CORPORATE RETURNS.

 

FHA LOAN applicants

Copy of SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. Refinance: Copy of signed Warranty Deed, Note and Settlement Statement.

 

VA LOAN applicants

Copy of DD214, or if still active, a Statement of Service. Original CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY. Name and address of nearest living relative.

 

OTHER

RENTAL PROPERTIES: Copies of current leases and last 2 years of Tax Returns. Certified copy of SETTLEMENT STATEMENT on any property sold within the past 12 months. PROOF any real estate property is OWNED FREE & CLEAR (i.e. insurance policy showing no lienholder, a preliminary title report showing no liens). Copy of signed DIVORCE DECREE. Ledger from Domestic Relations to document CHILD SUPPORT income, if applicable GIFT LETTER (CS Mortgage provided form) signed and dated by all parties and all supporting documentation: Copy of wire transfer to title company Refinance: Copy of existing SURVEY, HOMEOWNERS POLICY, MORTGAGE STATEMENT.
